Stop Believing Your Lies

Many of us feed ourselves lies. I am not good enough, they are better than me, they don’t care. She has more followers, more likes, more this, more that, so she must be better than me.

We believe our lies.

We compare ourselves to snaps of lies feeling like we belong less, we can achieve less, we were meant to be less. We think that by showing off our material things that we will be loved more. Material things hold no power over you. They don’t make you more for having them or less for lacking them.

Then we have the lies of “I can’t have the life I want because it is out of my reach.” Or “I can’t start that thing that passions me because it’s not practical.”

Stop believing your lies!

Stop believing you can’t get ahead in life because you didnt go to college, or you were raised in a poor neighborhood. That you were not meant for love because you haven’t found the one. That you were meant to be overweight because that’s just how all your family is. All those lies based on insecurities based on outside people and things that have no power over you!

Instead believe the voice inside. The voice that actually loves and champions you. Believe that you can achieve anything you want when you work hard. Believe you have the strength to change your habits and to create a better life for yourself. Believe that all the outside noise is just that, noise.

That the truth comes from the one person starring back at you in the mirror every morning. Believe you are beautiful and great by any measure. That God created you and specifically you to bring a certain type of joy, light, sass, creativity, innovation, and amazingness to the world. Because the moment you do that, the outside world, the noise, will clear path for you to achieve your wildest dreams.

Remember, you can do this!

“Believe that God created you and specifically you to bring a certain type of joy, light, sass, creativity, innovation, and amazingness to the world.”
